Lin (Rhymes with Win)

Associate Lin likes visualizing the big picture and is very good at juggling details, making her an outstanding project manager. Lin's a natural organizer and an artist.

"You need some sense of order to pull things into a new form," she says. "I have a strong sense of what isn't in balance. I also have an intuitive sense of what needs to change to bring back the balance."

"My focus is to attend to the details of a project like placing and tracking orders for materials or furnishings, but my goal is completing the big picture, satisfying Win and our clients."

Lin's eye for design and color may be deeply rooted in her artwork. "I paint with acrylic on canvas - it's a very physical relationship and sometimes involves sandpaper, hammers, trowels. Being self taught, the mystery of the process is wondering what would ever compel me to do such a thing?"

Outside of work, Lin nurtures her own life/art balance by tending friends, roses and caring for her dog Zuni. "I just don't know how anyone can live without a dog," she says.
